About Working With YEN
Where is You're the Expert Now located?
YEN is based in Buffalo, New York. In-person classes and the AI Mastermind meet in Buffalo, and team training, consulting, and GEO are available remotely to organizations nationwide.
Who leads YEN's training?
Founder Tony DeSimone, CPA, CMA, a Deloitte alumnus and former CFO, COO, and President who has taught as an adjunct professor for over 30 years. GEO work is led by AI Specialist Patrick Chen.
Which AI tools do you train on?
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other tools your organization has approved. Team programs adapt to your platform.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. Every program is built for non-technical professionals, and consulting engagements include hands-on training for the people who will run the new processes.
What is People First, People Last?
It is YEN's core philosophy: a person frames the request at the start and a person reviews the AI output at the end, so AI strengthens human decision-making instead of replacing it.
