As the former Executive Director of the State University of New York at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL). Tony has played the roles of adjunct professor and class facilitator for over 30 years, delivering AI-focused and leadership education that empowers professionals to integrate generative AI safely, effectively, and strategically.

Through his company, You're the Expert Now, LLC, he leads AI accelerator programs and workshops that turn AI from a buzzword into a measurable advantage. The firm specializes in making existing standard operating procedures more efficient through AI integration and helping organizations develop Generative Engine Optimized (GEO) websites and content designed for the next era of digital search.

I hold a M.S. in Management Information Systems degree from the School of Management at University at Buffalo, State University of New York, focused on AI, product management, and data analytics. With over 1.5 years of hands-on experience using the latest generative AI tools, I focus on building solutions that create efficiency while safeguarding data and governance. My academic studies emphasized AI entrepreneurship, safe organizational adoption, and AI advocacy and skills, allowing me to bridge the gap between technical capability and executive decision-making.

I have advised teams across healthcare, higher education, SMB operations, and real estate, implementing systems that reduced workloads by up to 50% and improved data accuracy by 90%. In addition, I have supported early-stage startups in pitching for investor funding, providing strategy and technical positioning to secure interest and validate business potential.
